Do you fancy discovering and learning wine-tasting techniques or a new knack in cookery?
Together with professional wine-tasters and chefs we can offer courses for groups or individuals where learning becomes a pleasure and participating becomes fun.
Our wine courses are held on certain fixed dates (see details), whereas the cookery courses can be laid on at any time for a minimum of two participants.
- Wine course: Bordeaux Classics
In collaboration with Interprofessional Council of Bordeaux Wines and their oenologist, a 3day course for discovery of the essential of Bordeaux Wines, with introduction to oenology and wine tasting session at the Bordeaux Wine School, plus discovery with visits and tasting of Medoc and Saint Emilion estates.
